Ahill Fabric Center has one of the largest infrastructures
for the manufacturing and finishing of high quality
Circular Knitted Fabrics & Hosiery cloth. For the
past 36 years Ahill Fabric Center is
constantly pioneering in the import of high tech fabric
knitting & finish machines with 4 units spread all
over Tirupur. Ahill Fabric Center has installed a total
of 50 knitting machines. Complete range of Fabric Finishing
machinery and two Stenters including Mahlo Germany Weft
straightner. Finishing machineries include Washing and
Tumble dryers.

1) Knitting:
See around 50 modern knitting machines from big companies
like Mayor & Cie, Terrot Germany, Camber UK, Smart
Taiwan, Falmac Italy. The machines produce circular
knitted fabrics like Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock,
Loop Knits and their derivatives. All machines are attached
with Elastane / Lycra attachments. Auto stripers Jacquard&
Terry cam boxes are also included.
2) Washing:
A huge variety of Garment / Cut Fabric Washing technique
are successfully adopted in Ahill. Silky finish, Acrylic,
Denim, stone wash, soil release, enzyme wash, silicon,
paper, Bio-wash, etc are applied to fabrics. Exotic
designs are created in our washing department based
on Tie & Dye, washing, Stenciling and Clamping techniques.

3) Drying Department:
Tension Free Drying is the key to Shrinkage free processing
of Knitted Fabrics. Also Quicker drying is needed for
cotton knitted fabrics during rainy and cold season.

4) Finishing:
Shearing Machines, Polar Fleece, Fabric Raising Machines,
Peach Finishing, Heat Setting and Compacting are some

5) Special Stenter Finishing :
Ahill Fabric Center’s prime investment is the
Mahlo German Stenter. We offer new type of industrial
fabrics like Fire Retardant fabrics, Moisture Wicking,
Anti Microbial medical textiles fabrics, Anti Static,
Hydro Philic, Resin Finish, Rot Proof, Soil Releasing,
U.V Protection, Water and Oil Repellent industrial fabrics
etc. These fabrics can be used as Geo Textiles, Protection
